Although the hotel's location is convenient for shopping and dining, especially near Lake Hefner, certain room assignments and late service checks were inconvenient. However, the hotel offers multiple amenities at no extra cost.
Upon arrival, I found the room to be ice-cold despite the housekeeping claiming it was ready. The A/C was tricky, but a quick call to the front desk had an engineer promptly fixing the issue. For the price paid for a week's stay, the room was above average.
I had a great week with two tickets to various attractions included in my stay at the hotel. The room was a bit small and cramped, but it had all the basics like a desk, chair, and an extra chair for relaxing while watching TV. The service was excellent, offering room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The location was very nice, being close to a premier shopping mall and Lake Hefner with its restaurants and exercise trails. The dining experience was a mix as breakfast was up to standards, but the homemade marmalade was unimpressive. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
